Practical financial judgement for non-finance leaders.

Managers are increasingly expected to understand financial information and make decisions with financial consequences. This course builds financial confidence in leaders without a formal background in finance or accounting.

Through a clear and practical introduction to financial and management accounting, participants learn how to interpret financial statements, assess performance, understand cost behaviour, work with budgets and evaluate investment decisions.
